What we return to, nurture and believe begins to shape the life around us. A song about possibility and the quiet power of where we place our attention.
Harmony Rhythm did not begin with AI. It grew from a lifetime spent dancing, choreographing, writing, teaching and listening deeply to music — not only hearing it, but exploring how rhythm, movement, words and emotion work together.
Every song begins with something I want to say or understand. It may come from my own life, something I have witnessed, a conversation, a feeling or a question that stays with me.
I write the lyrics and shape the story, emotion and musical direction. My background in dance and choreography influences how I hear movement, pauses, energy and the places where a song needs to breathe.
The visual stories are part of that same creative process. Through people, places, clothing, expressions, movement and light, I build a world around each song — not simply to promote it, but to help you step inside it for a moment.
AI is one of the creative tools I use to bring this universe to life, in both the music and the visuals. It offers possibilities, but it does not know which line matters, which instrument carries the feeling or when something simply does not belong. Those decisions come from me — and from everything I bring into the work.
I do not create for quantity. I keep refining until the words, sound, movement and imagery feel like one complete world.
